THE FIX
I found nose strips as a fix to snoring — sorry, mom. She travelled with me to my swim competitions, and the night before a race, sleep mattered. That is the whole reason I know what these are.
THE RETURN
In 2024, after three years retired from swimming, I watched my brother run the Toronto Marathon, and I was hooked. I picked up running, and that competitiveness came straight back. I was always after the next thing that would help me push further — the right shoe, the right kit, the right accessories.
THE GAP
Nose strips were part of that. I used a few brands for a while, and they worked well enough, but almost all of them are made outside Canada.
Between the shipping and the price, I kept thinking the same thing: I could bring this to Canada, at better quality and a better price.
THE BUILD
That took months of testing materials. We finally found one that actually stays on for a full session.
